Zona Rosa is an existing life-style center in Kansas City, Missouri. The master plan for the second phase required jumping as stream which was the northern edge of first phase. Therefore, creating a strong connection between the two became critical. The strategy was to create a series of "events" to lure shoppers across a bridge and into phase II.
