The Stamp Factory, a 35,000 square foot retail building and Quince, a 12,000 square foot two-tenant building that marks the entrance to the Mayfair Collection Both use similar materials to achieve different ends. The Stamp Factory is the adaptive re-use of a former rubber stamp manufacturing plant, while Quince is a stand-alone building whose curtain wall leans out over the street to feature its tenant prominently.
