Phase IV of the Mayfair Collection includes this 17 story residential tower. Located on a sliver of land in the north-east quadrant of the site, the tower is designed to take advantage of views across the adjoining golf course to downtown Milwaukee. Built on a four-story podium of parking, the reinforced concrete structure is sheathed in aluminum and glass curtain wall with accents of wood.
